He was predeceased by: his father Aron Woodruff; and his brother Abel Woodruff of Blytheville, Arkansas.. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Tunstall (Johnston) of Blytheville, Arkansas.; his sister Tiffany Mitchell; his wife Tina Woodruff; his stepfather Ernest Tunstall; his brother Aaron Woodruff Jr. (Valerie) of Blytheville, Arkansas.; his children, Patricia Porter, Ashlie Lee and Michael Clark (Charli Kaye); and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Maddie, Mason, King, Cayden and Cambri. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
