Dorothy Neece Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Neece (Lavon, Texas), who passed away on March 26, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Dorothy's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Dorothy has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. M. Sims and Dorthy Marshall; and her spouse Tomy G. Neece. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Yost, Chasity Stovall, Chris Neece and Stacey Neece; her grandchildren, Shannon Johnson, Stella Neece, Amanda Neece and Sapphire Neece; and also, Kip Stovall and Brett Johnson.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home - Lavon (2343 Lake Rd, Lavon, TX 75166).
