She was predeceased by: her son Michael Wayne Medley; her parents, Julio Cedillo and San Juana Cedillo; her siblings, Serapio Cedillo and Beatrice Santos; and her grandson Steven Zamora.

She is survived by: her children, Diana Lynn Medley, Melvina Medley Turner (Martyn) and Ray Medley (Jessica); her grandsons, Anthony Zamora (Sarah), Aaron Weymouth and Gage Medley; and her great grandchildren, Joey Zamora, Viktor Zamora and Evan Zamora. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews as well as so many close friends.
