She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hiram Patton and Evelyn Neel Patton; her husband Calvin Currie; her siblings, Ruth Ann Waller, Floyd Patton (Pat) and Bobby Patton (Florine); and her brother-in-law Jimmy Ray Bear.
She is survived by: her daughter June Currie Ashley of Latexo; her granddaughters, Brooke Ashley of Latexo and Brenna Ashley of Latexo; and her siblings, Helen Patton Bear of Latexo and Jerry Patton (Virginia) of Latexo. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
