He is survived by: his wife Shirley Nugent of LaRue, Texas; his brother Wesley Nugent of Silsbee, Texas; his children, Terry Ellis (John) of Whitehouse, Texas and Rodney A. Nugent, Jr. of Pearl Mississippi; and his stepchildren, Rick Webb (Cheryl), Jason Webb (Teri) of Grandview, Texas and Laura Page (Joel) of Flint, Texas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
