It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Douglas Norwood of Larue, Texas, born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, who passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Douglas Norwood and Ella Mae Norwood (Bennett); his wife Janet Norwood; and his brothers-in-law, Frederick Bruce Boedeker, Robert Allan Boedeker and James Gordon Gamble II.

He is survived by: his children, David Norwood (Molly) of Dallas and Laura Norwood Hodgson (Simon) of Flower Mound; his grandchildren, Alysha Norwood Campa (Nathan) and Julia Tate Hodgson; his great grandchild Nathan "Kiky" Campa; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Carey Boedeker (Linda) of Morrilton and Beth Ann Boedeker Gamble of Carrollton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
