She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Wilson Penny and Anna Bell Wallace; her husband Tony Lavern Tillman; and her siblings, JoAnn Penny McCallum and Ronnie Penny.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Dewayne Tillman (Joy) of Irving and Jeffery Lane Tillman (Lisa) of LaRue; her siblings, Patsy Rodgers of Red Oak, Barbara Matthews, Donnie Penny (Bonnie) of Rowlett and Linda Penny Gollot (Barry) of Ocean Springs; and her granddaughters, Samantha Joy Tillman of Lewisville, Amanda Hope Ragan (Anthony) of Irving and Rachel Jean Nicole Tillman of LaRue.
