She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Andrew McLane and Ruby Quinton Dickerson McLane; her husband Darrell "PeeWee" Forester; her son Jason Brent Forester; and her siblings, Jennia V. McHale, JoAnn Baxter, Robert Lee Mckane, Billy Lewis McLane, Jimmie Ray McLane and Wylie Morris McLane.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert Brad Forester (Kathy Childress Forester) and Bryan Keith Forester (Julie Bragg Forester); her grandchildren, Jessica Forester (Joseph Kirkpatrick), Heather Forester (Hyodeok), Kyle Forester (Sarah), Paige Morrison (Kaleb), Brooke Fortner (Dalton) and Tiffany Forester (Justin Bergstrom); and her great grandchildren, Madison Mann, Brylee, Kolbi Grace Fortner, Emily, Harrison Forester, Lillian Rae Bergstrom and Morrison.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of East Texas.
