It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Eugene Carter of Larue, Texas, born in Galion, Ohio, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Edward Carter and Janet Rebecca Carter (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Tami Carter of Larue; his children, Travis Carter of Larue, Bridgette Carter of Cape Coral and Lajena Boyd (Shane) of Chandler; his siblings, Duane Carter of Galion, Debra Carter of Galion and Dean Carter of Toledo, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Trevor Carter, Trenton Carter, Taylor Britton, Ciana Kozlowski and Kylah Kozlowski.
