He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos Segura Sr. and Margarita Segura; and his siblings, Antonio Segura, Gloria Castillo, Santos Segura Jr., Jaime Pedro Segura and Graciela Segura.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Segura; his daughters, Valerie Michelle Segura (Maria I. Perez) and Elizabeth Marie Segura (Michael Lopez); his great-nephew Anthony Ray Segura; and his siblings, Maria Cristina Segura, Gerardo Segura, Javier Segura (Sandra), Margarita Hernandez (Silvestre), Jose Segura (Belia), Jesus Segura (Betsaida), Edna McMurtry (Mark) and Connie Garcia (Carlos).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM at the Hillside Funerals & Cremations (310 W Hillside Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Hillside Funerals and Cremations (310 W Hillside Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the San Luis Rey Catholic Church (3502 Sanders Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM at the Laredo City Cemetery (3201 N Meadow Ave, Laredo, TX 78041).
