He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Rodriguez; his sons, Jose Gerardo Silva (Rosa Maria) and Carlos Javier Silva (Roxella); his stepson Diego Rodriguez; and his grandchildren, Samantha Argentina Silva (Jesus Hernandez), Carlos Javier Silva, Jr. and Rebeka Josefina Silva.
