He is survived by: his daughter Marta Montemayor (Jose); and his grandsons, Oscar O. Peña (Doreen), Karl W. Peña, Jose Montemayor (Patricia), Oscar Montemayor and David Peter Peña Gomez. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
