He is survived by: his wife Alma Araceli Alvarado; his siblings, Irma Garcia and Jorge Alvarado (Doris Alvarado); his grandchildren, Ingryd Gutierrez (Dario Madrigal), Enrique Gutierrez Jr., Everardo Gutierrez, Sophia Ivanoff, Victoria Ivanoff, Alejandro Ivanoff, Oscar Alvarado III and Octavio Alvarado; and his great grandchildren, Gianni N. Sanchez, Darely Madrigal, Dario Madrigal and Enrique Gutierrez III. He is also survived by wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
