It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Omar M. Guevara Sr. (Laredo, Texas), born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on July 23, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfredo Guevara Sr. and Maria Guadalupe Martinez-Guevara; his wife Elizabeth Perez-Guevara; his children, Lizabeth "Sasa" Guevara and Omar "Nino" Guevara Jr.; and his granddaughters, Sailor-Arizbeth Victoria Cardenas and Zia Nicole Guevara.
