She is survived by: her husband Oscar Velasquez; her children, Elizabeth Batten, Carlos Garcia (Rosa) and Cynthia Garcia; and her grandchildren, Diego Treviño, Achiles Treviño, Daniella Garcia, Roger Ramirez, Juan Carlos Ramirez, Alberto Javier Garcia and Ana Lisa Garcia.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hillside Funerals and Cremations (310 W Hillside Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A prayer was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3601 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78041).
