He is survived by: his mother Elma Salinas; his siblings, Jose Javier Salinas (Carmen Angelica Lozano), Elma Villarreal (Rodolfo), Gladys Judith Garcia (Abel), Becky Jean Salinas and Louis Anthony Salinas (Alicia Yesenia Mendez); and his grandparents, Diamantina Reyna Peña, Martha Morales and Jose Refugio Peña Jr. (Angelica).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78043). A prayer was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
