Martin left this world on January 29, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. In the sacred silence of farewell, Martin is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio and Maria; and his daughter-in-law Rocio Gabriela Velasco of Leal. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Elia Garcia Leal; his children, Rosie Leal Ramirez (Alberto Ramirez) and Martin A. Leal; his grandchildren, Christian Alejandro Abraham (Amy), Albert Ramirez Jr., Celeste Alexandra Ramirez (Margaret), Jazmin Natali Leal and Martin Antonio Leal III; and his great grandchild Adley Rose Abraham.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hillside Funerals and Cremations (310 W Hillside Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A prayer was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
