Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services (1320 Trey Dr, Laredo, TX 78041). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at the City Cemetery (3200 N Meadow Ave, Laredo, TX 78040).
