It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leticia Medina (Laredo, Texas), born in East Chicago, Indiana, who passed away on February 7, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmother Estefana Jimenez; her children, Marcos Antonio Garcia III, Erin Miles Garcia and Victor Austin Medina; her mother Olga Alicia Jimenez; and her spouse Elfego Medina. She was also cherished by uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
