He is survived by : his wife Grizelda Alfaro; his daughters, Roselyne Peña and Katelyne Peña; his parents, Domingo Peña and Emilia Peña; his siblings, Joe "Jerry" Peña (Jessica Herrera) and Nelly Treviño (Eric); and his nieces and nephews, Chanelle Treviño, Eric Treviño Jr., Christopher Peña Treviño and Destiny Peña.
