With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Cortez (Laredo, Texas), who passed away on September 11, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Maria Sanchez and Luz Gonzales Sanchez; her son Miguel Angel Cortez; and her siblings, Guadalupe Ortiz (Alfredo), Jose Maria Sanchez (Juanita), Juan Jose Sanchez (Alicia) and Inez Agustin Sanchez (Leonor).
She is survived by: her husband Albert Cortez; her children, Alberto Isaac Cortez and Adriana Laura Cortez (Adrian Guzman); and her grandsons, Elijah Guzman (Courtney) and Josiah Guzman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
