He was predeceased by: his brother David Gerardo Rincon; and his nephew David Gerardo Rincon Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Rincon and Rolando Alexis Rincn; his mother Delfina Martinez; his siblings, Rodolfo Rincon (Graciela), Nilda Tays (Ricardo), Delfina Martinez Tays, Melissa Y. Martinez and Denise Bondoc (Ben); and his aunt Esperanza Morin. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
