He was predeceased by: his daughter Rocio Isabel Hernandez; and his parents, Jose Bernabe Hernandez and Natalia Zuniga. He is survived by: his wife Petra B. Hernandez; his children, Garbriela Leone (Joseph) and Jose Bernabe Hernandez (Cecilia Michelle); and his sister Inocencia Hernandez.
