He was predeceased by: his wife Hermelinda Leal Rocha; his parents, Joel Rocha and Guadalupe Rocha; his siblings, Joel Rocha, Jr., Juan Rocha, Maria Rocha Mosher and Hilario Rocha; his sister-in-law Elia Leal Biggs; and his parents-in-law, Fermin Leal and Geovanina Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his son Hector Rocha, Jr. (Ida); his grandchildren, Hector Rocha, III (Ashley), Michelle H. Rocha, Cristina Chang (Ting), Melinda Alcorta (Alex) and Michael Rocha (Dalia); and his sister-in-law Edna Leal Moon. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A rosary was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A Mass was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the San Martin de Porres Catholic Church (1704 Sandman St, Laredo, TX 78041). A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78040).
