He was predeceased by: his parents, Macedonio Guzman and Maria Aurora G. Guzman; and his siblings, Juan Ramon Guzman, Rogelio Guzman, Calixto Guzman, Macedonio Guzman Jr., Jose Emilio Guzman and Adelina Garza.
He is survived by: his sons, Victor Guzman and Juan Ramon Guzman; his grandson Victor Jesus Guzman; and his siblings, Roy Guzman, Maria Aurora Guzman, Alice Guzman and Margarita Uvalle. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
