She was predeceased by: her husband Bonifacio Mendoza; and her siblings-in-law, Jesusita M. Gil, Sofia Macias and Miguel Angel Mendoza. She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria M. Compean (Javier), Magdalena M. Garza and Norma M. Ramirez (Raul); her grandchildren, Margie Elizondo (Daniel), Melissa Ysaguirre (Andres), Javier Compean (Linda) and Raul Ramirez Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Marcos Elizondo, Ruben Elizondo, Jacob Compean and Isabella Compean. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Northside Chapels (800 Boston St, Laredo, TX 78041). A Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:44 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (555 E Del Mar Blvd, Laredo, TX 78045). A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78040).
