He is survived by: his wife Patricia Garza Magnon; his children, Marco A. Magnon (Brenda), Mike A. Garcia, Annabelle J. Garcia (Reynaldo) and Jessica M. Garcia (Miguel); his grandchildren, Alina, Alyssa, Juan Sanchez, Adrian Garcia (Daisy), Jossina, Jessica, Jaimee Paredes, Janelle Martinez (Edgar), Marcos Garcia, Michael Garcia, Amberlynn and Alexxandra Martinez; his great grandchildren, Victor, Vianney Martinez, Angel Juan Garcia, Sebastian Espinoza, Lorenzo Andrade and Ezequiel Gonzalez; and his siblings, Roberto Magnon (Donna) and Maria Luisa Gonzalez (Javier).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services (1320 Trey Dr, Laredo, TX 78041). The military honors was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 5:30 PM at the American Legion Post 59 (809 Zaragoza St, Laredo, TX 78040). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services (1320 Trey Dr, Laredo, TX 78041).
