We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2023, at the age of 54, Francisco Javier Ramirez Jr. (Laredo, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Francisco Javier Ramirez, Sr. (Luis D. A.). He is survived by: his spouse Evan Gutierrez; and his siblings, San Juana Sanchez (Eduardo), Maria (Benjamin) of Lourdes, Eduardo Ramirez (Claudia) and Lorena Tidwell (Chase). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.

Frank had received a Paul Harris Fellow plus 1 lapel pin for his contributions to the rotary foundation.
