He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lugo; his children, Francisco Lugo Jr. (Monica Solis), Kris Patricia Lugo (Aldo Alanis), Dr. Lizette Alejandra Lugo (Patrick Palacios) and Priscilla Kay Lugo; his grandchildren, Ricardo Francisco Saldaña, Kamila Alexandra Saldaña, Katia Emma Alanis and Francisco Javier Lugo III; his siblings, Irma, Homero Lugo (Dulce Maria) and Maria Antonieta Lugo (Ernesto Rodriguez); and his sister-in-law Evelina Lugo. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Francisco wished for his loved ones to make a monetary donation to his spiritual home, San Francisco Javier Church.
