He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernardo Martinez and Josefina Martinez; and his siblings, Heriberto Martinez, Ildefonso Martinez, Alvaro Martinez and Estanislada Martinez.
He is survived by: his children, Abraham Martinez (Argie) and Martha Leticia Martinez; his wife Conchita Martinez; his children, Robert Martinez (Terri), Irma Martinez-Ortega and Dinorah Gracia Martinez-Anderson (Tommy); and his grandchildren, Josiah Christopher Anderson, Jacob Stephen Anderson, Abraham David Martinez, Isaac Daniel Martinez, Isaiah Dominic Martinez, Bryce Anthony Martinez, Yves Alexander Martinez, Michael Ortega, Melissa Ortega, Desiree Monique Salazar, Estevan Antonio Silva and Shawn Patrick Silva.
