He was predeceased by: his grandfather Felix Edmundo Garcia. He is survived by: his parents, Felipe Neri Ibarra Sr. and Emma Ibarra; his siblings, Yesenia Jocelyn Ibarra (Ramiro Jasso), Mayra E. Ibarra (Mario Melendez) and Emmanoel Ibarra; his nieces and nephews, Yaretzy Jasso, Ramiro Jasso Jr., Roel Jasso, Matthew Ibarra and Makayla Melendez; and his grandparents, Jose Luis Ibarra, Edelmira Sierra and Rosa Maria Espinoza. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
