He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Garcia Silva (David Williams), Martha Garcia Silva and Diana Laura Garcia; his grandchildren, Elsa Rivera (Richie), Victor M. Garcia Jr., Mario Alberto Garcia, Frank Garcia, Ernie Garcia, Fabian Garcia, Olga Garcia, Hugo Garcia, Gabriela Garcia, Monica L. Lerma (Juventino), Felix F. Lerma Jr., Perla Chavarria (Carlos), Eduardo Chavarria (Vanessa), Janelle Casso (Jesus Salazar), Melissa Lagunas (Katherine) and Emanuel Lagunas (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Bianca Garcia, Brandy Garcia, Armis Garcia, Victor M. Garcia III, Valentina Arratea, Rosa Lagunas, Jianeysi Chavarria, Edilynn Chavarria, Eduardo Chavarria, Eanna Chavarria, Ethen Chavarria, Robert Rodriguez, Matthew Rodriguez, Crisabella Rodriguez and Andrew Salazar. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
