He is survived by: his daughters, Vanessa (Marc Bergman) and Vianey (Daniel Garza); and his brother Ricardo Lara. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels (800 Boston St, Laredo, TX 78041). A vigil service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Northside Chapels (800 Boston St, Laredo, TX 78041). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78040).
