He was predeceased by: his wife Eliza I. Rodriguez; and his mother Ladislada Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Rodriguez and Roberto R. Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Karina M. Rodriguez, Roberto R. Rodriguez Jr. and Kassandra M. Rodriguez; his great grandchildren, Kenda, Roberto and Kylee Lucio; and his brother Jose Rodriguez. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
