He is survived by: his children, Laura Gonzales (Peter), Cesar Salinas Jr. (Laura), Sarita Salinas (Joe Sandoval), Jose "Pepe" Salinas (Tracy) and Melissa Shinn (David); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Garza (Daniel), Robert Gonzales, Peter Gonzales Jr. (Mabel), Christopher Gonzales (Ticole), Ricky Salinas, Eliot Jennings (Ellen), Cordero Jennings (Alyssa), Travis Salinas, Amanda Shinn, Meagan Shinn and Richard Shinn; and his great grandchildren, Daniel, Sophia, Lily, Nina, Olivia, Bradley, Carson and Ruby.
