He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernardo Sandoval and Librada Salcido; and his brother Humberto Sandoval. He is survived by: his wife Martha M. Sandoval; his children, Bernardo Sandoval, Tony Larios Sandoval (Rachel), Ileana Esquinca (Hector) and Daniela Sandoval (Daniel Garcia); his grandchildren, Celeste Sandoval, Alyssa Sandoval, Roberto Castruita, Hector H. Esquinca Jr., Delilah Garcia, Dianey Garcia, Daniel Garcia Jr. and Frankie Garcia; and his sisters, Elvira, Martha, Colaty and Betty Sandoval. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Watch Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services (1320 Trey Dr, Laredo, TX 78041). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
