Ashlyn L. Chavez Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ashlyn L. Chavez (Laredo, Texas), who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Ashlyn's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Ashlyn has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her mother Orelia Chavez; and her grandfathers, Alberto Chavez and Paulino Perez Jr.. She is survived by: her father Alberto Chavez Jr.; her sister Kathleen N. Chavez; and her grandmothers, Maria V. Chavez and Orelia Perez. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (555 E Del Mar Blvd, Laredo, TX 78041). A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78040).
