He is survived by: his wife Sandra Moncivais; his daughter Karina; his grandchildren, Clarissa N. Velasquez, Analy N. Velasquez and Ignacio Velasquez III; his son Arturo Moncivais Jr.; and his siblings, Annabel Martinez, Reynaldo and Filiberto Moncivais. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and aunts.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels (800 Boston St, Laredo, TX 78041). A rosary was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the same location.
