He was predeceased by: his son Jose Alberto Lozano. He is survived by: his wife Herlinda Lozano; and his children, Arturo Lozano Jr. (Aurora), Maria Herlinda Vitela (Arnoldo), Griselda Bernal (Oralia), Eduardo Lozano and Brenda Medina (Rodolfo). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
