He was predeceased by: his mother Anita Moreno Guerra; his father-in-law Raul Garza (Juanita M. Garza); his aunt Margarita "Mague" Gomez (Leopoldo); his uncle Francisco Moreno; and his cousin John Moreno.
He is survived by: his wife Dora G. Moreno; his children, Leticia "Letty" Moreno, Roberto Xavier Moreno (Martha), Armando Moreno, Jr. (Sandra), Domingo Jesus Moreno, Cecilia Posada, Tanya Posada (Leo) and Carla Sanchez; his grandchildren, Armando "Mandito" Moreno-Gonzalez (Luis), Roberto, Vicente "Chente" Moreno (Anelli), Cedric Moreno and Devinny Moreno; his great grandchildren, Diandra Moreno and Alejandro Moreno; and his siblings, Gabriel Guerra (Francis) and Adela Tellez. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
