He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonifacio Palacios and Rosaura Palacios; his wife Argentina Palacios; and his siblings, Epigmenio Palacios, Manuel Palacios, Bonifacio Palacios Jr., Pedro Palacios, Antonio Palacios, Margarita P. Garcia and Andrea P. Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his close friend Rosa A. Gonzalez; and his sister Guadalupe Palacios Nolasco.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels (800 Boston St, Laredo, TX 78041). A vigil service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 8:30 AM and at 9:00 AM.
