He was predeceased by: his parents, Concepcion Casarez and Antonia Casarez; and his brothers, Jesse Casarez and Jesus Manuel Casarez. He is survived by: his wife Maria Altagracia Casarez; and his daughters, Maria Antonia, Leticia Martinez (Merced), Magdalena Rodriguez (George), Sandra Urdiales (Roy), Norma Alicia Garza and Diana Laura Silva (Martin Jaime). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A rosary was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels (1410 Jacaman Rd, Laredo, TX 78041). A Mass was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the San Luis Rey Catholic Church (3502 Sanders Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78040).
