He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Santos, and Natalia Santos, Jr.; his children, Sandra Salazar and Marcos Santos; and his siblings, Carmen Banda, Guadalupe Saldaña, Maria Del Refugio Contreras and Juan Santos.
He is survived by: his wife Francisca P. Santos; his children, Rodolfo Santos (Sylvia), Eduardo Santos and Melissa Enriquez (David); his grandchildren, Eduardo Santos, Jr. (Jennifer), Elysa Evette Santos and Melissa Medina Bocock; and his children-in-law, Claudia Santos and Rafael Salazar. He is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Funeral Chapels (800 Boston St, Laredo, TX 78041). A rosary will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the San Luis Rey Catholic Church (3502 Sanders Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the Laredo City Cemetery (3200 N Meadow Ave, Laredo, TX 78041).
