He was predeceased by: his parents, Andres Saldivar and Leonor Saldivar; his wife Maria Antonia Saldivar; and his brothers, Rodolfo Saldivar, Eduardo Saldivar, Jose Saldivar and Gilberto Saldivar.
He is survived by: his sons, Gilberto Manuel Saldivar (Maraya) and Andres Antonio Saldivar (Tessie); and his siblings, Aurelio Saldivar (Virginia) and Norma Flores. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
