He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Perez Sr. and Guadalupe Perez Sr.; and his brothers, Arturo Perez Jr. and Alejandro Perez. He is survived by: his daughter Luzemma P. (Luis Villarreal); his grandchildren, Emily Monique Esparza, Luis Leo Villarreal, Victoria Michelle Villarreal and Robin Liam Villarreal; his siblings, Hilda P. Diaz (Jorge), Diana P. Torres (Enrique) and Lupita P. Cisneros (Raul); and his friend Emma C. Perez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
