He was predeceased by: his parents, Castulo Leal and Maria Del Consuelo Leal; and his brother Ramiro Leal. He is survived by: his wife Maria S. Leal; his children, Alfredo Leal Jr., Monica Pachicano, San Juana Pachicano (Reyes Trejo), Martha Ibarra (Jose) and Jesus Pachicano (Gloria Villanueva); and his siblings, Sylvia Leal and Hector Leal (Azenneth). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78043). A prayer was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
