He is survived by: his children, Alberto Rubio, II (Hilda G.), Gabriel Rubio (Della), Lourdes Mann (Kenneth), Noemi Becker (Darren) and Cassandra Rubio; his grandchildren, Albert, Hilary, Adrian (Alexis), Joshua (Colleen), Tyler, Megan (Spencer), Samantha, Vanessa, Darren, Jr., Amanda and Jacob; his great grandchild Liliana; and his sister Alma Madrigal.
