He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Gail Harris; his children, Chad S. Harris and Elizabeth T. Harris; and his brothers, William Edward Harris (Bill) and Arthur John Harris Jr..
He is survived by: his brother James Milton Harris (Sara) of Edina, Minnesota.; and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Weiland (Loomis) of Grand Rapids, Michigan. and Dorothy Palmer (Loomis) of Grand Rapids, Michigan.. He is also survived by friends, as well as the many pets.
