He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Kaufman of Cedar Lake, IN; his brother Jerry Kaufman of Lockport, IL.; and his mother Martha Hildebrand. He is survived by: his wife Marla Kaufman of Lantana, TX; his daughter Monica Priovolos (Tom); his grandchildren, Brittany and Charles of Highland Village, TX; his daughter Carrie Lane; his grandchildren, Sabre, Trevor and Katie of Charleston, SC; and his sister Vinita Nitz of Cedar Lake, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
