He was predeceased by: his father Edward Kucia; his sister Mary Ann Kucia; and his mother Judith Helen Kucia (Zehnal). He is survived by: his wife Carrie Elizabeth (Miller); his daughters, Scarlett Eden, Elizabeth Jane and Rosemary Judith; his brothers, Michael Andrzejewski (Lori), Brian Kucia (Jennifer), Sam Kucia (Barb), Tony Kucia (Markie), Ben Kucia (Jacki) and Eric Kucia (Sharon); his parents-in-law, Jane Ann and Lewis Miller; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Duncan (Keith). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and three uncles.

In lieu of flowers, anyone who wishes to honor Adam may make donations to his daughters' education fund.
